Musicians of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the training orchestra of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, will rehearse and learn winning scores of the New Music Workshop Call for Scores with coachings by CSO Mead Composer in Residence Samuel Adams and members of International Contemporary Ensemble. The Civic Orchestra New Music Workshop is a multi-week project consisting of rehearsals, coachings and a concert of contemporary chamber music in Buntrock Hall at Symphony Center.
